Fumio Manaka Sensei, who also goes by the martial name “Unsui” has over 40 years of experience in traditional Japanese arts of kobudo. Having started training at the age of 14 as the first student of Masaaki Hatsumi Sensei, founder and Soke of the Bujinkan organisation. In 1996 Manaka Sensei founded the Jinenkan organisation with the purpose to allow students to study the martial arts of old Japan freely and unhindered under his guidance. He holds certificates of mastery (menkyo kaiden) in 2 martial schools and is founder and head of the Jinenkan organisation and the Jinen Ryu.

Sensei visits Europe once a year to teach personally at seminars. In 2009 we have the honour to welcome Manaka Sensei in Switzerland and to host a seminar for him. We are looking forward to take the opportunity to exchange with martial artists from all over Europe and Overseas and learn from each other – no matter of style and organisation.
